What exactly do I receive? +
A complete folder of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and fonts — everything your site needs. Plus a printed instruction pamphlet explaining how to host it, point your domain, and make basic edits.
Do I need the monthly upkeep? +
Not at all. The upkeep service is completely optional. Your site works on its own — upkeep is there if you'd rather have someone else handle updates.
Where do I host the site? +
The pamphlet included with your site walks you through it, if you choose to self-host.
What's a "revision round"? +
One batch of design feedback. You review the preview in the Client Portal, send over all changes at once, and we implement them. That counts as one round.
Can I cancel upkeep anytime? +
You own the files, so you can cancel anytime to switch to self-hosting.
How long does a project take? +
Typically 1–3 weeks. Starter sites ship within a week, Professional within two, and Premium varies by scope.
